Check Out Time and Instructions for Georgia Cabin Rental

Check out time
11:00 am (Cleaning Staff may arrive to clean the cabin at 11:00 a.m.)

Keys
All keys must be returned to our office.  If the office is closed, please drop the keys in the check out
box on the office door. Guests are not considered checked out until the keys have been returned.

Please complete the following before departing the cabin:

• Leave cabin in neat order.
• Leave all used beds unmade, including sofa sleepers and futons.
• Furniture is not to be moved. This can scratch the floors (wood is very soft and easily scratched).
• All dishes, pots, pans, etc must be washed and put away for the next guest. If your cabin has a dishwasher please load the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave.
• All lights, fans, and appliances should be turned off --especially coffee pots.
• All garbage must be bagged and placed in the outside cans.  If the garbage exceeds the cans provided, it is the renter’s responsibility to discard.  You may take any excess garbage to our sister company’s office and drop it in the green dumpster.  If any excess garbage is left at the cabin or scattered about the property, you will be charged a MINIMUM of $100 for clean up. DUMPSTER DIRECTIONS: FROM OUR OFFICE TURN RIGHT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AND BEAR RIGHT ONTO HWY 15 SOUTH, GO APPROX. 1.5 MILES AND TURN LEFT ONTO BOARDTOWN ROAD, IMMEDIATELY TURN RIGHT INTO OUR SISTER COMPANYS PARKING LOT AND DUMP GARBAGE IN THE GREEN DUMPSTER. (THEIR BUILDING IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
• All windows and doors are to be locked upon check out and any other time you depart the property.
• During winter season, please extinguish all fires in fireplaces and make sure safety screens are closed.
• During winter season, please leave the heat set on 55-60 degrees unless otherwise instructed.
• During warm seasons, please leave the air set to 78 degrees upon departure.
• Hot tub cover should be closed and secured properly and jets turned off.

Failure to follow check out instructions will result in loss of deposit or a charge to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
