What activities are available nearby?

  • Sit on your cabin’s porch and enjoy some of the most beautiful mountain vistas and scenery around along with fresh mountain air. With slightly more effort, you might browse the antique shops and boutiques along historic Blue Ridge’s Main Street or take the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway to McCayesville. For the more adventurous, you might take in the mountain scenery by horseback or even 4-wheel ATV. A little more adventure might take you to hike or mountain bike the Chattahoochee or Cohutta Forrests or to go tubing on the Toccoa River. For the even more adventurous, try whitewater rafting on the nearby Ocoee River, site of the 1996 Olympic Whitewater venue. Our beautiful Lake Blue Ridge is one of the most pristine in the southeast and offers excellent fishing, boating, and swimming. Boat rentals are available at the lake.
