Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters offers rentals of kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, fishing poles, and tubes. We are open year round, and our friendy staff will provide you with the best service and products in the industry.
We also offer a kayak river and lake group package which consists of two exciting half days on the Toccoa River and Lake Blue Ridge. The first day we will meet at Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters where you will be fitted with a kayak. Transportation will then be provided to a river launch site where were you will explore the Toccoa River with a guide. On the second day, there will be a guided tour of Lake Blue Ridge where you may relax and swim if you wish. The cost is $99 per person for this package. Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters is open 7 days a week!

Home of the 1996 Summer Olympics The Ocoee Center is home of many outdoor activities for you and the whole family. You can start out with rafting and then move to kayaking. If water isn’t your cup of tea then try the mountain biking. The nature you will see as you are rafing or even biking is amazing. Toccoa Valley Campground offers six miles of tubing on the beautiful Toccoa River. (Approx 2.5 hours) The Tubes are commercially equipped with a bottom and handles for your comfort and we also offer rafts for the families and couples.2-man, 4-man, and 6-man rafts available.At the end of your trip we will be waiting to shuttle you back to the campsite and your vehicle. COOLERS AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Closed on Sunday.

Morganton Point Recreation Area is the most popular spot on Lake Blue Ridge! This beautiful area offers picnic areas, campsites, a beach area for swimming with lifeguard on duty, hiking trails, fishing access, boat launch, and a snack shack! If you want to spend a day soaking up some rays and gorgeous lake and mountain views, this is definitely the place for you! Parking is $5 per vehicle per day. Must have cash.

Lake Blue Ridge Marina is a full service marina located on Lake Blue Ridge. They offer wet slip rentals, pontoon boat rentals, a gas station, and a boat launch. They also have a full service store selling clothing, kneeboards, tubes, skis, and all of the boating supplies you could possibly need! The Middle Ocoee Trip is on a 5 mile stretch of river that takes you through such rapids as Grumpy’s, Broken Nose, Diamond Splitter and Table Saw. This is a very popular trip and offers fun and excitment for everyone.
The Upper Ocoee Trip is dam-controlled and is located just upstream from the Middle River. The Upper Ocoee is the sight of the 1996 Olympic Whitewater competition and has 5 miles of cascading Class III and IV rapids along with pristine whitewater wilderness.
The Full Ocoee Trip is a combination of the Middle River and the Upper River and offers an exhilerating day of adrenaline and excitement on continuous Class III and IV whitewater action. This trip takes about 3-3.5 hours ensuring you action packed adventure from start to finish!
Whitewater Rafting “season” runs from the last weekend in May until the last weekend in October. Prices and times vary depending on trip dates and times. Tennessee State Parks require that riders be at least 12 years of age to go rafting. Prices range from $35 to $100 per trip, so please contact us for more detailed pricing information.

With Blue Ridge Mountain Kayaking you will choose from a gorgeous trip down the Toccoa River or a picturesque paddle on Lake Blue Ridge. Either trip you choose will offer some of the best mountain views and mountain fishing in Georgia.
River kayaking offers your choice of a 1-2 hour or 3-4 hour trip. Either trip you choose will offer fantastic fishing, swimming, tranquil solitude and wonderful floral, mountain and pasture views along the way.
Lake kayaking offers a choice of single or tandem kayaks on a 3,300 acre lake that is surrounded by picture perfect coves and mountains. Fishing Lake Blue Ridge you will find Smallmouth Bass, Walleye and Bluegill. No matter which trip you choose, you can decide if you want to swim, fish, explore or just sit back and relax.
