You'll wind along country roads with beautiful scenery to Among the Trees, and find yourself surrounded by a plethora of natural beauty. Outside, you'll find the awesome firepit, a covered parking area with outdoor seating, and a wrap-around deck that is partially screened in, plus the grill!
Inside the main level, you'll enjoy comfy leather sofas by the stone gas log fireplace, a dining table for 6 guests, plus a kitchen bar with seating for 3 guests. Just off the kitchen space is the main-level bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and access to the main-level screened porch. The main-level porch has lots of seating and is screened in, plus romantic twinkling lights. This is a great place to unwind with friends after grilling a delicious dinner on the open deck under the glow of the evening lights.
Upstairs, this level offers an open loft with a twin-size bed next to the master suite. The bathroom on this level has a shower, garden tub, and double vanity. The bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, TV, and a private balcony for two. The balcony is the perfect escape for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine watching the fireflies as they sparkle in the summer nights. This private screened porch will be a retreat for the guests in this room!
Ready for a little competition? The game room level has a pool table, a wet bar, a full-size fridge, plus horseshoes outside! After a few rounds of pool, the game room is the perfect spot for cozy fireside chats and just visiting with each other. The stone gas log fireplace has a large TV and comfy seating. This level has a bathroom and bedroom; the bedroom offers the third king-size bed and an additional twin-size bed and TV. Outside, you can try your hand at a game of horseshoes, or just chill on the game room level deck in the hot tub located on the 3rd screened porch. When you are ready to be tucked away, Among the Trees is waiting!
This cabin is very close to Love Affair and Falling Waters. If you want to plan a family retreat, this is the perfect spot.

This was our first time booking a cabin with Mountain Top Cabins, but not our first time staying the in Blue Ridge area. The location of the cabin was perfect for us; about 15 mins from downtown Blue Ridge. Easy to find, easy access – no steep driveway to navigate – and we were welcomed by a family of deer upon arrival. There was wood for the outdoor firepit, plenty of seating & blankets. There is also plenty of outdoor lighting. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving / aka English Christmas lunch! Plenty of pans, serving dishes. The gas oven is a lot slower than an electric oven but does a great job. The beds were super comfy and there are extra blankets & pillows if needed. The fire & HVAC in the basement get extremely warm, whereas the fireplace in the main level family room doesn't give out any heat; it seems to be purely decorative. The upper level of the cabin was a lot cooler than the main level, but not cold. The Smart TV has HDMI ports for Firesticks. The light switches could all use some new labels. Some light switches and remote controls turned on numerous lights in the cabin (note to self don't turn on the kitchen light during the night or it will also turn on the upper-level bedroom light!) The only downside is that neighboring dogs do wander up to this cabin (there is a sign with their photos placed inside the front door). If you are afraid of dogs, this may not be the cabin for you. These dogs also barked a lot during the night, as they were kept outside. The cabin was spotlessly clean; we did get some spider webs appearing during our 6-night stay, but that is to be expected when staying in the woods. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
What a wonderful cabin. Our family had such an incredible time. We come back every year and this is exactly why.
My only comment just to give a little feedback. The knives need to be replaced and corkscrew is terrible
First of all, Mountain Top Cabin Rentals is an amazing business. Every time we visit Blue Ridge GA (at least twice a year), this is the only business where you will find an incredible customer services, outstanding cabins, and peace of mind! We had a wonderful time with our annual family winter vacation in Blueridge. The cabin was perfect in every way! There was a bedroom for everyone, beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked but needed a cheese grader. We will be back in the future.
The cabin is beautiful and so well set up! The outdoor furniture on the porches is extremely comfortable and very plentiful!! I love how there are 2 television viewing areas-den and game room!! My family enjoyed the jacuzzi and the hot tub!!
Our stay during Thanksgiving week was even better than we anticipated. The large outside self lighting gas grill is top of the line in quality. The kitchen is equipped with everything we could possibly need, including grilling utensils, a variety of cookware and cooking needs, gas oven and stove, microwave and 2 coffee makers, a Kourig and drip style for larger servings.
