Five Star Lodge is five stars all the way! This big, beautiful luxury cabin is located just 4 miles from downtown Blue Ridge in the Aska Adventure Area on all paved roads. This magnificent property greets you with its beautiful exterior design featuring timber and stone columns. Five Star Lodge has a large deck wrapping around the front of the cabin, facing the view on the main level and game room level. The main-level deck has a beautiful outdoor entertaining area with a large stone wood-burning fireplace, TV, and outdoor seating, all conveniently screened in for added comfort. The deck transitions to offer more outdoor seating in the open air, as well as a gas grill and an outdoor hanging bed. This unique custom-built hanging bed is perfect for enjoying the mountain views!
Inside this level is the jaw-dropping kitchen and dining/living space. This open-concept kitchen is truly a work of art and a chef’s paradise with an amazing amount of space surrounded by custom-designed cabinets, tons of counter space, two dishwashers, and the largest island you have seen! The chef won't miss a minute of the game either, since the kitchen has its own TV installed above the stainless-steel refrigerator. If you can tear yourself away from this dream kitchen, this space flows into the great room with its soaring ceilings and all-glass front facing the view; this makes for a picturesque place to enjoy meals at the table or lounge in the living room. The living space has comfy seating around the large stone fireplace with a TV atop the log mantel. The farmhouse-style dining table has seating for 8 and the kitchen island seats 8 guests. This level also has a beautiful full bath just off the entryway! This bath features a custom galvanized tub and tile shower with glass doors, and a log slab vanity top with a galvanized sink.
Upstairs you'll find a cozy reading nook and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private balcony! Each bedroom is beautiful, with a king-size bed, TV, full bath (tile showers), and a screened-in private balcony with a custom hanging bed!
Downstairs on the lower level, you'll find a game room with beautiful stained concrete floors featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game, wet bar with seating for 4, and a stone gas log fireplace with a TV. This is a great entertaining space for after-dinner drinks, a friendly game of pool, or just enjoying each other’s company. The other two bedrooms are on this level as well. One bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and its own bathroom. The other bedroom has unique built-in log bunk beds, with each bunk being a queen-size bed. This bunk room has log slab steps and rough-sawn lumber for added touches of rustic luxury. The second full bath on this level is just outside the bunk room. The bunk room offers a TV as well. Outside the game room, you'll find the deck which boasts the hot tub! The mountain views are easily visible from the hot tub and the deck also offers seating for after-hot tub snacks!

My family and I have stayed at many Blue Ridge cabins but this was our favorite. Only down side was a small coffee pot! Needs a 12 cup pot to enjoy the beautiful morning Mountain View.
Our group of seven women really enjoyed our stay at the Five-Star Lodge. The open floor plan and many bedroom options were great. The three fireplaces were great for our wintery weekend, and the kitchen provided many cooking options. The hot tub and wonderful view are not to be missed! With the addition of a few basics, we would return year after year for sure 🙂 All bathrooms need more towels, towel bars and hooks, all closets need shelves, and the coffee maker should be for 12, not 8 – all easy fixes
This cabin is so spacious! The kitchen is truly a cooking family's dream, double sinks, double dishwashers….so much space and the ISLAND is to kill for! The dining table is so large and spacious, plenty of room to enjoy meals together! The living area couches are comfy and oversized! Everyone has their own bathroom and the beds are comfy and large, even in the bunk room. The game area is spaced well and the duel TVs provide easy viewing.
