Living Waters is mountain living at its finest! This beautifully custom-built and designed unique cabin called Living Waters is so special and will definitely capture your heart! The cabin is perched on a small hill just above the highly coveted tributary, Little Fightingtown Creek. This famous stream is one of our area's most sought-after water frontages. The main cabin and the guest house both overlook the 500 ft. of pristine water frontage! The park-like setting is unmatched. You can see a natural bend in the beautiful flowing water from the porches while the sounds of the water bring you peace.
When you walk into Living Waters, you will first notice the huge wall of glass that faces the creek and looks out over the peaceful setting. The great room has an 8-person dining table and a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all the cookware and plenty of dinnerware. You will also find comfy leather furniture and a stone fireplace with gas logs in the living area. This level has one of the two master bedrooms with a king-size bed, private bath, and TV. The laundry room and half bath are conveniently located just off the kitchen. The wrap-around porch on the main level features an outdoor living space with a wood-burning fireplace and cushioned seating. The grill and picnic table are also found on the main-level porch overlooking the creek.
The upper level is truly luxurious! This level has a small loft equipped with a desk and chair for those who need to do a little work, and the second master suite with a king-size bed, TV, private covered porch with seating overlooking the beautiful scenery, a stone gas log fireplace, and master bath with a garden tub as well as a tile shower. This is a perfect place to relax and recharge with your favorite person (or just have some “me” time!) before dinner with family or friends downstairs. Or, skip dinner and spend the evening here watching the creek roll by with a glass of wine in hand!
The lower basement level has a plush game room with a pool table, stone fireplace with gas logs, and a living area with TV. This level has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size bed and TV and one bedroom with bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom). These two rooms share a bathroom, which has a single vanity with a tile shower/tub combo. The hot tub is just outside this level, and you will find steps all the way to the creek where the firepit is located and steps to creek access. This is definitely the firepit of your dreams! All large stones and perfectly placed next to the creek, you’ll be able to spend hours entertaining and enjoying the mountains and water frontage fireside!
Living Waters has a detached garage with a private guest house above. The guest house features the 5th bedroom as well as the 4th full bathroom. The guest house has a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a small open deck. This is the perfect spot for the family member who wants a bit of privacy! Please note: the garage is not for guest use and the guest house has a separate staircase with a side entrance for access.

Our family meets each year in this cabin and we have always thoroughly enjoyed it. The size allows for each adult couple to have a bedroom with a bathroom and room for separation if needed. The grandkids and the adults love playing in the creek and the outdoor fireplaces.
The cabin was perfect for some family relaxation and fun. We really and truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait for next year. It was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. The location of the cabin was close for needed necessities and much appreciated. The office crew were amazing. I had items pre-shipped for my time in the mountains and they had them in my cabin when I got there.
We visit this cabin annually. It is truly amazing and we absolutely love it. The cabin is always very clean and the staff at Mountain Top Cabin Rentals is second-to-none!!! Can't wait to visit next year!
