Sunset Ridge is the luxury mountain home you've been searching for! Perched on the mountainside with a gorgeous sunset view this property is located in the heart of the popular Aska Adventure Area. The charming downtown of Blue Ridge, Georgia, is also an easy drive of just about 20 minutes for restaurants, shopping, and seasonal festivals.
Sunset Ridge has a lovely wrap-around main-level deck with a wood-burning outdoor fireplace. The open deck offers comfortable seating and beautiful mountain views that fade into incredible sunsets. Inside, you'll find gorgeous custom finishes including soaring ceilings and a stone gas log fireplace with TV. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry with granite countertops ideal for meal preparation. The kitchen table has seating for 6 guests. The prow front living space has extra-large windows and cozy seating for taking in those lovely mountains.The half bath is conveniently located in a hall just outside the living space.
The main-level bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. The master bath on this level has two vanities, a soaking tub, and a tile shower.
The upper level has a dedicated work/office space complete with a desk, chair and lamp. The upper-level bedroom has a king-sized bed and private full bath.
The game room level is where the fun begins! This game room has an extra-large bar, perfect for those big spreads for game day or game night food. Here you have a pool table, shuffleboard, stacked stone gas log fireplace, and TV with a wall of glass facing the view. Around the corner is the third bedroom. This bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, and bath with a single vanity and tile shower/tub combo. Just outside is the hot tub, which is conveniently located and privately tucked away into the hillside for cozy and relaxing nights. This lower level porch as tons of seating for enjoying the gorgeous mountain views and the sunsets.
**Amore on the Ridge** is just across from this cabin and offers and additional 4BR/3.5 BA, perfect for large groups
Please note: Fireplaces are available for use from October 1st to April 30th.
Outdoor WOOD BURNING fireplaces may be used year round, however MTCR does not provide firewood.
Fire pits are also available year round but firewood is not provided in fire pits.
